Upon booking the client will receive an invoice and itinerary with laid-out activities including dates and times.
A 25-50% (activity-dependent) deposit is taken at the time of booking confirmation and the rest is to be paid in CASH on the day of the arrival/activity!
For accommodation, we require full pre-payment.

Payments can be made via international bank transfer. Please note that these payments may take from 1-5 working days to process (depends on if the payment is within EU zone or elsewhere). Kindly provide us with a bank statement about the transaction!
In the case of cash payments when last-minute bookings, the deposit is required to be paid BY CARD or CASH or the FULL amount to one of our representatives in Prague at the set meeting point – the client will obtain electronic invoice payment confirmation by e-mail!
The customer obtains a balance invoice with full booking details after the deposit is received.

If the client must cancel any part or the entirety of his/her itinerary the pre-paid deposit is forfeited. It can be used as a credit for the next booking if the client cannot attend because of a climatic/emergency (war/pandemic/ecological catastrophe)!
If a party must cancel within 24 there will be no refund from the total amount on behalf of Art of Your Travel Agency!
